Description

Alicia and David Graham are seated on chairs on their lawn on the WCUU campus. There are seven Chinese women standing in a row behind them. Everyone wears coats, sweaters or scarves, so it must be a chilly day. There are trees in the background.

Commentary
-
Only one of these girls is mentioned in Graham's autobiography. "Sophia Zen (I gave her her name Sophia) had graduated from the Suifu Girls' Middle School with highest honors. She took the entrance examination for entrance at the university [WCUU]. She applied for medical course, but just missed it. She appealed to me for help. I was able to get her into the B.S. course for training head nurses. She later became one of our foster-daughters."
